Who is Changing The Narrative?

Changing The Narrative, a 501(c)(3) organization was founded with three initiatives in mind.
The first initiative was created to inform current content creators about their social responsibility as it relates to the content that they create and disseminate. We encourage influencers, celebrities, athletes, thought leaders, and anyone with a platform to use art in the form of activism and that everything they share will either help or harm the greater good.
Our second initiative has been to develop a curriculum that will be implemented into community organizations, schools and churches across the country. This curriculum is tailored for minority and marginalized youth to introduce them to career opportunities in the arts and entertainment outside of what they are taught in the classroom including but not limited to directing, filmmaking, scriptwriting, music producing, management, etc.
The third and final initiative is our scholarship fund. Each year we select an artist or entrepreneur working on completing a project or business that is in line with the morals and beliefs of CTN and aid them in completing that project. More than just preaching and teaching others about the type of content and influence we would like to see, we want to be a part of the solution
These 3 initiatives allow us to share CTN with every level of artist.

The mission of Changing The Narrative is to educate, encourage, and empower artists and content creators on all levels for the need to use their art as a form of activism to disrupt the status quo while promoting inclusion and social responsibility in their art and the greater communities that they serve.

A better world for all creatives and artist to embrace their gifts and are supported by peers and resources needed to bring their dreams to reality.
